Refund & Cancellation

1. Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order has been placed, it becomes non-cancellable. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before confirming the purchase.
2. Dispatch of Interactive Flat Panel (IFP)
- The Interactive Flat Panel (IFP) will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order.
- Any additional delay will be communicated prior to payment or within 3 working days of receiving the order.
- No refunds will be issued for delayed shipments that have been acknowledged and accepted by the customer.
3. Unforeseen Circumstances
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
- Political disturbances (e.g., riots, curfews, strikes)
- Government-imposed restrictions (e.g., lockdowns)
In such cases, the order will be dispatched at the earliest possible opportunity. Refunds will not be issued due to these delays.
4. Dispatch Origin
All shipments will be dispatched from a warehouse managed either by Manufacturers or its authorized distributors.
5. Delivery Timeline
Delivery timelines vary based on the delivery address:
- Most shipments are delivered within 8-10 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take longer.
6. Installation Process
- Customers must schedule installation by filling out a form sent via email or by contacting Bluechip AV Technologies customer support.
- Installation will be done by Manufacturers Authorized Technician.
- Installation is typically completed on the scheduled date, provided the site is ready.
- If installation cannot be completed as scheduled, our team will reschedule in coordination with the customer.
7. Shipment Inspection
- All shipments are covered under transit insurance. (This is for Brand Teachmint)
- If the shipment appears damaged, do not accept it.
- During installation, our technician will unpack and inspect the IFP for any damage.
- Immediate reporting (Via Email ) of any issues is required, including video or image evidence.
- Damage reported after the technician leaves will not be covered under transit insurance.
8. Damaged or Technical Issues
- If the product is found to be damaged or has technical issues, we will provide a repair or replacement as appropriate.
- Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.
9. Non-Returnable Products
All products sold are non-returnable.
