Warranty Policy 


1. Warranty Start Date
  • Starts from the invoice date of the product.
2. Warranty Duration
  • Standard coverage: 3 years
  • Extended warranty (if purchased) as per invoice.
3. What’s Covered
  • Covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use within India. Claims can be made even if purchased via authorized dealers.
4. What’s Not Covered
  • Lack of proper electrical earthing
  • Normal wear & tear (e.g., brightness loss)
  • Electrical damage (power cuts, surges)
  • Mishandling, accidents, unauthorized repairs
  • Acts of God (floods, fire, etc.)
5. Accessories Warranty
  • Included accessories: 90 days
  • Optional add-ons (e.g., UPS, Trolley): as per product-specific terms

9. Proof & Packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Retain original packaging for safe transport or replacement
  • If lost, user bears repackaging cost
10. Data Responsibility

Back up all data before servicing. Bluechip AV Technologies is not liable for data loss.

Shipping Damages

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Include photos/videos as proof
  • We recommend recording the unboxing
  • Damage reported after 24 hours will not be covered
